Oksana Fedorovych


Tourism development and marketing expert with over twenty years of experience in regional and local development, rural livelihood and tourism development projects in Ukraine and internationally. Extensive management and specialist experience working within the context of tourism development and biodiversity conservation within the Carpathian region and specifically within the mountain forest communities and SMEs in the Carpathians. She has a significant practice of leadership in private companies and executive authorities. She has undertaken a wide range of roles in various international projects and has an extensive experience in management of successful and large-scale technical assistance programs. While working as the director of Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Centre for Investment and Development she actively was engaged in attracting investments and improving the investment climate in the region. She is a recognized expert and in-demand trainer in the areas of tourism development, city brand development, business planning, local and sectoral economic development and investment.

Roman Shevchyk

Executive Director

Has a 36-years working experience in tourism management and business consulting. He worked as a business consultant and director of the Microcredit Programme at SBEDIF Ukrainian-Canadian Business Centre. The Microcredit Programme of Ukrainian-Canadian Business Centre, headed by Mr.Shevchyk, granted 188 loans, which made it possible to create about 800 new jobs and supported about 2,000 existing jobs. He successfully uses his practical experience and special knowledge being also a professor of international economics and international management in the university ‘Galytska Academia’, as well as a trainer in the field of tourism business and community development. He conducted about 160 training sessions for more than 30 organizations in Ivano-Frankivsk region.

Iryna Novosilska

Program and project coordinator

Has practical experience in management of EU funded projects within the international technical assistance programs. She has acquired this experience as an assistant and project coordinator. She has all necessary knowledge and skills to coordinate project activities, including support of the working structures, public events, preparing information reports, publication of promotional materials, preparing strategic documents. She has also the significant experience in preparation of project narrative and financial reports and communication with crossborder partners. Regularly she has been involved in conducting of surveys and industry researches, preparing of analytical reports on the results. She successfully use the gained experience and knowledge in the current activities of the Association.

Sergiy Andrusiak

Director of the Vygoda Narrow Gauge Railway Centre

Lawyer, with many years of experience of working for local self-government authorities. He also gained extensive sector experience running his own B&B in the mountainous area in Dolyna district.

Lesia Gaiduk

Manager of the Eco-tourism Visitor Centre in Yaremche

Head of ecological educational department in the Carpathian National Nature Park. She has gained his practical experience in the sector running her own B&B in Yaremche resort area.
