Within the project 4 new training products were developed – ‘Marketing in tourism sector’, ‘Customer service skills – Golden services’, ‘Restaurant management’, ‘New community based tourism product development’. 4 trainings for local tourism counterparts from Ivano-Frankivsk region were conducted using the voucher scheme attracting more than 50 participants.
